Wil and TaylorAnne met in high school. She had a small photography company and was setting up styled shoots with a local wedding dress shop. She needed models to be the groom in the shoot, so the shop owner gave her Wil’s phone number. He agreed to be the ‘groom’, but at the last minute, the shoot got cancelled! It’s SUPER ironic that they met by setting up a styled shoot that he was going to be the groom for, and in reality he eventually ended up being her groom. THE CUTEST.

They got married two years later and started hustling and working to follow their dreams. In typical photographer fashion, TaylorAnne was always the one behind the lens, so she and Wil didn’t have many photos of themselves. They both work full time jobs, but love being outside, so we decided to get outside and explore Seattle!! Rattlesnake Lake area is GORGEOUS, so we planned a day of hiking and hanging out- with LOTS of photos, of course!

I met up with them at Rattlesnake Lake, and we started hiking Rattlesnake Mountain up to the Lookout. We chatted life and the entire hike literally looked like something out of Twilight. And yes- I know that’s 1000% stereotypical cause Washington, but I don’t care cuz it’s true!!!  We got to the top kept chatting over beers while enjoying the INCREDIBLE view.

We started shooting while some passerby hikers watched (which was only slightly awkward- hahaha!!). Wil and TaylorAnne NAILED the entire shoot- I mean, they were just breathtaking as they perched on top of rocks and strolled through a magical forest We finished shooting up at the lookout and started hiking back down, taking photos along the way, and then ended the adventure shooting by the lake as the sun set.
