Have you ever had a moment that left you speechless, just completely robbed your brain of all coherent thought because what you were witnessing was just too wonderful? I have, with Evie and Landon in the tiny town of Mendocino, California.

These two met while studying at Bethel School of Ministry in California. Evie is a Midwestern girl after my own heart, from Ohio. Landon, a surfer boy from Southern California. Over coffee, they took turns telling me how they met, and how Landon pursued Evie’s heart. They walked me through their story of meeting through music, hilarious miscommunications, a random Facebook message, and eventually, a coffee shop date that changed everything. My heart absolutely melted as I heard their story.

Afterwards, we headed over to Mendocino Headlands State Park where I photographed them on the gorgeous California coast as the sun set. I don’t know how to describe the feeling of watching two people who care so deeply for each other just BE in front of a view that took my breathe away. I can tell these two showcase the love of Jesus in their relationship, and so maybe that’s exactly what I was feeling that evening in Mendocino. The raw, pure, undying love of Jesus on full display as I caught it all on camera.

I hope as you view their gallery, you can feel His love too. I hope their gallery reminds you that true love DOES exist, it’s out there, it’s real, and it’s 100% available for everyone.
