Denton asked Courtney out via RapChat (like SnapChat but with a beat) as most of the great love stories start…. Errr… okay, maybe just their story, which is even more perfect because it describes their funny, quirky relationship perfectly. They then fell in love over 8 hour phone calls through the night when they should have been sleeping, Applebees desserts (you KNOW I’m talking about that molten lava cake), and their mutual love for Jesus. I’ve been friends with them for years, and I honestly cannot think of a couple more perfect for each other. 

Denton and Courtney both have a way of making you feel so loved the minute you walk into any room they are in, and their wedding day was no different. The entire day showcased how much they value and love their friends and family, and that didn’t go unnoticed.

They got married at Abe and Jake’s Landing in Lawrence, Kansas on the perfect summer day. My favourite part of their wedding day (besides Courtney’s laughs – seriously if you’ve never heard her wonderful laugh you’re missing out in life) was their dance party. These two know how to have fun, and everyone was on the floor dancing with them right up until their sparkler exit.
