Umm…. so I did a thing. A dream I’ve had for a long time. I STARTED A PODCAST. And it’s live. That’s a thing that happened.

If you’ve followed me for awhile, you probably know all about The Heart University – the education company I started with my best friend Evie Rupp. If you’re new around here, we host in person workshops and sell online courses; however, a huge dream that’s been on our hearts (aayyyy aways here for a good pun) has been to start a podcast.

I LOVE serving my audience with actionable, tangible tips that help you excel and grow your business. Evie has the same goal, and together we’ve wanted to create something that could serve the world for FREE – and provide a positive, uplifting, and powerful little corner of the world wide web.

Evie and I started this podcast because we’ve realized there’s a heart behind EVERY SINGLE THING we’re doing. You can have ALL the strategies in the world, but if your foundation and identity of who you are isn’t solid, then your business is going to crumble eventually. We HAVE to have a strong heart to build our businesses AND life from. We have such a passion to teach hardcore business principles, but it starts with the heart. That’s always been the mission behind what we do, and I’m excited to see that mission transition to a new platform – podcasts.

We named this podcast Heart & Hustle because yes, to reach any level of success your heart HAS to be in a good place, but the truth is… it also requires hard work. We want to bring back the word “hustle” in a healthy balanced way. We so FIRMLY believe if your heart is in a healthy and secure place, both mentally, emotionally and spiritually, then your hustle is going to be in a healthy place too. We believe heart and hustle go hand in hand. When they’re utilized together they create such beautiful balance, and it’s next level.

What You Can Expect

In this podcast you’re going to hear education and inspiration for both business AND life. It’s not just for business owners and entrepreneurs, although we’re 100% going to be talking about business strategies. The Heart & Hustle Podcast is for ANYONE wanting to up-level their life and stop living on the sidelines. This is for ANY creative, whether you own your own business or not.

We’ll be chatting about everything from marketing, social media, and branding to meal planning, time management, and relationships. Every other week we’ll be bringing on INCREDIBLE guests who are experts in their field doing MEGA inspiring things. We’re here for all you dreamers and doers out there wanting to make the MOST out of your life.⁣⁣ Our goal is to inspire the HECK out of our listeners so they feel equipped to crush it in business AND life.
